Location: the hotel was not far from the sky train and other public transport services, and BTS and Underground and Terminal21 shopping mall. The rooms where exceptionally comfortable and excellant with hypoallergenic pillows and magnificent views.

The amenities at this venue were very convenient and made everything easy during my stay.

The Pros of my stay at this hotel were abundant, but one feature that really stood out was the stunning city views from the 26th floor. It felt like being on top of the world, and the sweeping vistas were truly a feast for the eyes.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite. The living and bedroom were spacious, well-maintained, and had ample storage. The kitchen was fully equipped, and our toddler enjoyed the big bathtub. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were great. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially Boo, were kind and attentive.

The Indian restaurant on the 26th floor had stunning views, and the hotel offered spacious and stylish accommodation. They even had long-stay serviced apartments. So convenient being close to the Siam Paragon shopping center, I could shop till I dropped.

Oh, there was nothing to dislike about this flawless property. I mean, why would I possibly have any complaints?

The confusion caused by the different buildings. It took some time to figure out that we were actually staying in a different building than initially booked.
